The temperatures dipped just a little this weekend, so I took the opportunity to grab some tweed. To me, tweed signifies fall β itβs so intrinsic to a cool-weather wardrobe that it's one of the first fabrics I think of when autumn hits.
I've had this vest for years, and I had it tailored after I lost a significant amount of weight. It is definitely worth it to have items tailored if your body changes - it's usually less costly than buying a replacement, and if it's something you love you still get to enjoy it. And it's way more productive than letting it sit in your closet.....
A vest is a snappy way to dress up an outfit - it adds some panache since it's not in most guys' repertoire.
Another new pair of shoes bought on sale. I must admit that I find some great shoe deals on clearance. You just need to go in with an open mind and a general idea of what you need, but not be restricted by it. In this case I knew I was looking for a pair of brown lace-ups, and these are ideal!
