A nip in the air but sun in the sky? Ideal weather for white jeans. I was heading out to visit a building under construction, but I knew I wouldn't get dirty so it felt safe to wear them.
I like contrasting white or off-white jeans with dark neutrals - especially in when it's still cool out. It seems more season-appropriate than pairing them with bright colors, which would feel a bit too spring/summery.
I love layering - a t-shirt, button-down, sweater, and outerwear are the norm for me in the cooler months. And in warmer weather, I still usually have at least 2 layers on top at any given time. Yes, I usually am the cold one in the room - but I like the choices it provides.
Fun socks seem to be my thing - these pull the blue and red out of the plaid shirt, and contrast nicely with the olive green suede laceups. I once had someone behind me on a staircase see my argyle socks and say they put a smile on her face - it made my day!
