Easter Sunday - the perfect day to break out my spring green pants. The day was a little cloudy, but my pants sure brightened it up!
We had friends and family over for Easter brunch, so that was enough of an occasion to throw on a tie. Ties are a great way to pull together an outfit and make it a little dressier, without feeling too stuffy or suited up.
Loafers with no socks - it must be spring!
When we're having a holiday at our house, it becomes the opportunity to freshen up the place. We had received a new dining room table as a Christmas gift (I know - what a gift!), so we used it as an impetus to refresh the entire room - new chairs, repainted the walls, new rug, and a couple other things. And yes - that is a chalkboard menu of the meal. The guests need to know what they're eating, don't they?
