Lately it's been a rare occasion to get my immediate family together - but recently, my older son was home from college, so we made an occasion of it and went out to a nice brunch. We just discovered Café des Amis through my longtime friend Kim (check out her blog here), and we have a true affinity for French food ever since our trips to Paris.
The day was cool and changeable (typical fall in SF), so layers were the name of the game. I love this recent sweater purchase from Club Monaco - feels modern, and yet a little fifties at the same time.
Blue and yellow make green, so that's how I decided to go with green shoes and yellow socks with a mainly blue look. Good thing I paid attention in kindergarten, huh?
